可持续性发展理念在水利规划设计中的应用研究

基于我国在早期经济建设中,将工业经济作为工作重心,以实现经济增长为主,并未意识到环境保护的重要性,难以在水利规划中实现人与自然的和谐共生。但是,改革开放后几十年中,经济提示显著,生态环境恶化带来诸多不利影响,其中也包括水利规划不合理,产生与环境不协调的环节。因此,当前水利规划设计中,逐步将可持续发展理念进行重视,调整其中规划不合理的地方,并对管理方式和资源利用上进行优化,从而实现水利工程与自然环境和谐共生。

Research on the Application of Sustainable Development Concept in Water Conservancy Planning and Design

Based on the fact that in the early economic construction of our country,the industrial economy was the focus of work and economic growth was the main focus,and the importance of environmental protection was not realized.It is difficult to realize the harmonious coexistence of man and nature in water conservancy planning.However,in the decades after the reform and opening up,the economy has shown significant signs,and the deterioration of the ecological environment has brought many adverse effects,including unreasonable water conservancy planning,resulting in links that are not in harmony with the environment.Therefore,in the current water conservancy planning and design,the concept of sustainable development is gradually paid attention to,and the unreasonable places in the planning are adjusted,and the management methods and resource utilization are optimized,so as to realize the harmonious coexistence of water conservancy projects and the natural environment.
