我国行政成本过高的成因分析及其治理对策

分析了我国行政成本过高的主要成因及由此造成的负面影响，提出了有效治理我国行政成本过高的措施，认为加快行政体制改革步伐、加大行政人事制度改革力度、健全和完善行政监督机制及逐步实施政务公开和责任追究制是我国治理行政成本过高的主要和有效措施。

Analysis on the Reasons of the High Cost and Managing Countermeasures of Chinese Administration

The main reasons of high cost of Chinese administration and its nega tive influences are analyzed, and some effective measures to deal with this cond ition are suggested. Thought that, accelerating the reform step of administratio n system, enlarging the reform power of administration personnel system, integra ting and perfecting the supervise mechanism of administration system and carryin g on public government affairs and responsibility-pursuing system gradually, ar e main and effective measures of managing high cost of administration.
