农村劳动力流动的村级层面拉力分析——基于辽宁省百村千户的实证调查

农村劳动力流动与否取决于城市的吸引力和农村的回拉力.从村级层面研究农村劳动力流动的动力机制,从理论分析入手,利用辽宁省村级层面调查数据,研究农村收入、就业机会、新农村建设所改善的各项环境条件以及村级民主管理因素对于农村劳动力流动的影响.结果表明,新农村建设改善了现居住农村居民的生活条件,提高了民主管理水平,但对于劳动力的外流基本没有影响.城市的吸引力远远大于农村的回拉力.

An Analysis on the Pulling Power to the Rural Labor Mobility on the Village Level——Based on a Large-scale Rural Survey Conducted in Liaoning Province
