| Abstract: | In this paper, we analyze two key functions of the independent directors: supervision and decision-making. According to the actual condition of our country, four roles of the independent directors in our country is put forward. And we use the listed company as study samples to research the roles of the independent directors in our country empirically. Finally, we propose the basic method to perfect our country independent director system. |
