| 摘 要： | 我国房地产发展周期已到繁荣阶段的中后期，虽然不少地方的房价还在涨，但有的地方房价已开始大涨后的下降，这预示房地产发展周期的拐点即将出现，应引起政府决策层的高度重视，以未雨绸缪。

| Abstract: | China's real estate sector is undergoing the latter flourishing part of a development period. Although the housing prices in many areas are on the increase, they are likely to decline in some regions. It indicates that a turning point for real estate development is to emerge. Governments should pay attention to the turning point and the periodic development of real estate sector. |
