| 摘 要： | 一、2009年居民消费价格将进入低位运行区间 当前,我国物价已开始进入下行通道.2008年1～11月份,我国居民消费价格总水平同比上涨6.3%;2008年4月份以来,居民消费价格涨幅呈现逐月回落态势,11月份,居民消费价格上涨2.4%,涨幅已比最高点的4月份回落6.1个百分点.
