道家“处下不争”论略

老子“处下不争”的思想在管理学中应当引起重视。在经济全球化语境中，如何既与国际接轨，又能针对国人特点进行管理，成为具有挑战性的课题。道家的“处下不争”实际上能够起到更好地“处上”与“争”，“处下不争”是一种积极的管理策略，可以作为管理者实施管理的一般原则。

On the Modest and Disengaged Manner of Taoism

When studying management theory we should pay attention to the modest and disengaged manner of LaoTzu. Howto be in line with international norms and in the mean time with an eye on Chinese characteristics in the context of economic globalization has become a challenging problem. This article argues that the intention of Taoism is aggressively make progress, the modest and disengaged manner is barely a kind of strategy which could be borrowed as lessons by managers nowadays.
