推动首都经济持续健康发展的战略思考

北京市在我国加快转变发展方式过程中承担着先行示范作用，近年来通过主动调结构、转方式，在推动首都经济发展上取得巨大成就。当前，首都经济发展进入转变发展方式的攻坚阶段，未来发展应以解决城市空间结构矛盾、人口资源环境压力等突出问题为突破口，推动首都经济稳定健康发展。要以中关村为龙头加快实施创新驱动发展战略，以经济布局优化带动空间结构调整，同时加快发展符合世界城市功能的总部经济及金融、文化等优势产业，并在首都经济圈范围内谋划首都科学发展，增强首都经济长远发展的后劲。
