The paper elaborated the necessity of setting up the course of team expanding training in the economy and management course in colleges and universities. The paper created the theory frame from the aspects of the starting point of the course, the basis of course contents, the professional principle, teaching organization process and test system. It also designed fulfillment models from the aspects like how to establishment the practice basis, teaching models, teachers stuff, organization and management styles and teaching resources construction ,and etc.
