| 摘 要： | 大学生心理健康教育是社会舆论和高校普遍关注的焦点之一。对大学生进行心理健康风险评估和心理危机干预,有利于维护高校稳定,对于提高学生心理素质、促进学生全面发展具有积极意义。大学生心理健康风险评估主要包括紧急程度评估、身体和生理评估、心理测验评估、心理危机水平评估等内容。在评估基础上,以预防为重点,挖掘生命教育内涵,构建并运行大学生心理健康预警系统,科学采用心理危机干预策略与技术以建立大学生心理危机干预机制,促进与维护大学生心理健康。

| Abstract: | The mental health of college students is the focus of public and universities in general.Risk assessment and psychological crisis intervention of mental health of college students help to maintain stability in college,improve quality and promoting comprehensive development of students.Mental health risk assessment includes the degree of urgency assessment,physical and physiological assessments,psychological testing evaluation,psychological assessment,the level of the contents of the crisis.Based on the assessment,focusing on prevention and through exploring life education content,we should build and run the mental health early warning systems,adopt scientific and psychological crisis intervention strategies and techniques to create mental crisis intervention mechanisms to promote and maintain mental health. |
