| 摘 要： | 多元化经营是企业发展壮大的一种重要发展战略，然而多元化折价的存在意味着多元化经营也存在较大风险。我国企业多元化经营既存在来自企业外部市场的压力和转型时期特殊制度的约束，也存在来自企业内部战略的缺失、治理结构的不完善、财力有限及社会责任缺乏等因素的制约，需要建立超越经济利益的核心理念，打造核心能力体系，完善公司的治理结构，主动承担社会责任以及发挥各业务间的协同作用，并把握好国家的宏观形势，最大化利用政治资源。
