高校人本德育的内涵、困境及实现路径探析

摘    要:德育应以人为本,实现学生主体性与教师主导性的统一、德育共性与学生个性的统一、解惑传道与情感关怀的统一。现实高校德育仍存在着德育目的的工具化价值取向、德育过程的单向性、德育内容的片面性等"非人本"现象。高校人本德育的构建必须实现德育目的的人本回归、发挥人本德育"双主体性"作用、倡导师德育人。

Abstract:Moral education should be humanistic and realize the combination of the subjectivity of students and the dominance of teachers,the common character of moral education and special character of students,knowledge impartment and emotion care.Now some problems exist in moral education such as the instrument-oriented value of purpose,one-way of process and one-sidedness of content.The construction of humanistic moral education in colleges and universities should bring the double subjectivity and professional ethics of teachers into full play.
