文化强省背景下湖南中小企业文化发展的路径探讨

企业文化是企业的灵魂,是推动企业发展的不竭动力。近年湖南中小企业加强文化建设,积极培育先进企业文化,取得了明显成效,三一重工、中联重科等一大批中小企业建立了独具特色的企业文化体系。湖南中小企业文化深受湖湘文化心忧天下、敢为人先、经世致用、兼收并蓄等特质影响,但也存在受企业主影响大、功利性强、缺乏深厚文化积淀等不足。文化强省背景下,湖南中小企业文化发展,需要加强政府的支持和引导,注重企业文化提炼与实践,重视大型民营企业优秀文化的学习,创建特色企业文化。
