| 摘 要： | 加强公司治理是促进我国上市公司发展的基本策略。现代公司治理理论应积极地引入知识产权理论的发展成果。利用知识产权理论从股东治理、董事会治理、监事会治理、经理层治理、信息披露治理与利益相关者治理六个方面对传统的公司治理理论进行改造。实现现代产权理论与传统公司治理理论的融合，进一步提高公司治理理论的应用价值。
