工业化与城市化:理论及对甘肃的实证分析

工业化通过要素空间集聚功能和经济结构转换促进城市化,但非常态的工业化道路和分散的工业布局均可能使这一动力机制受阻,致使城市化和工业化不能协调发展.甘肃的经验证实了这一结论,其扭曲的产业结构和"嵌入式"工业布局阻滞了人口非农化转换和城镇化集中,城市化和工业化处于低水平吻合状态.要打破这种状态,应以"就业"原则为导向加快产业结构调整和城镇产业转型,通过产业聚集促进人口集中.

Industrialization and Urbanization: Theory and Positive Analysis of Gansu Province

Industrialization can accelerate urbanization through economic factors gathering and economic structure changing,but the abnormal path and dispersive distribution of industrialization may block improvement of urbanization.The experience of Gansu Province proves the above conclusion.Its twisted industrial structure and embedded industrialization block the nonagricultural population transfer and concentration in cities.There is a low-level equilibrium between urbanization and industrialization.To break up the low-level equilibrium,we must improve the industrial structure and push forward the transition of urban industry oriented employment,and accelerate population concentration through industrial clustering.
