竞争情报研究在战略领域的视角拓展

摘    要:一直以来,人们对竞争情报的研究大都以波特等人为代表的定位学派理论为基础。研究竞争情报在战略决策过程中的情报保障,从而为企业带来和提高竞争优势。竞争情报通过竞争战略作用于竞争优势,对竞争情报研究也可以从资源、能力和知识的角度来展开,竞争情报作为具有技能特征的知识和能力也是竞争优势的可能来源。

Abstract:Researchers on competitive intelligence always based on the position school's theory, they regard competitive intelligence as the support of competitive strategy to improve competitive advantage. That is, competitive intelligence affects competitive advantage through competitive strategy. But, with the appearance and development of the resource -based view, we also can study competitive intelligence from another angle of view, the view of resource, competence and knowledge. Competitive intelligence can be a possible source of competitive advantage as knowledge and competence with the characteristic of skill.
