摘    要:旅游企业通过组建战略联盟来实现资源的共享与互补,提高自身的竞争力和市场地位,但旅游企业战略联盟发展并不稳定、成效并不明显。在总结国内外旅游企业战略联盟理论研究的基础上,描述了我国旅游企业战略联盟稳定性的影响因素及作用机理。并从物质资本、社会资本和文化资本三个方面提出旅游企业战略联盟的利益分配、关系治理和伙伴选择。最后结合“一卡游河南”对旅游企业战略联盟稳定性提出了治理策略。

Abstract:Tourism enterprises have gradually established enterprises strategic alliances to share resources and realize complement and to improve their competitiveness and market position, but the strategic alliances of tourism enterprises seldom have achieved success. Based on recalling the current situation of the theoretical research of enterprise strategic alliance in both domestic and overseas, this paper describes the influential factors of the enterprise strategic alliance stability and point out the mechanism, then analyzes the interests distribution, relationship management and partners select of the strategic alliance of tourism enterprise from three aspects like money capital, social capital, cultural capital. Finally, this paper puts forward the control strategy of the stability of tourism enterprises strategic alliance based on “one card tour of Henan.
