高职院校教师教学质量评价的实践与思考

摘    要:教师教学质量评价是教学评价的一个重要组成部分,是提高教师教学质量,加强教学管理的重要举措。该文结合工作实践,就高职院校教师教学质量评价中目前存在的问题,以及广东文艺职业学院近几年来实施教师教学质量评价的实践,进行阐述和分析,并对此问题展开思考。
