| 摘 要： | 文章揭示了我国人口分布的基本特征和主要问题，分析了我国人口迁移的特征、原因、动力和空间分布特点，以及我国主体功能区人口变化的方向和趋势，提出了主体功能区构建的差别化人口政策体系，分别针对优化开发区、重点开发区、限制开发区、禁止开发区提出了政策目标和建议。
