创新型企业文化与企业绩效相关研究综述

摘    要:企业创新文化是企业独特的价值观,是企业创新要素的载体,创新绩效是评价创新型企业的核心要素。国内外学者从不同角度阐述研究了创新型企业文化的内涵、激励创新文化的要素、文化激励机制,并对创新型企业文化与企业绩效的关系进行了实证分析。

Review of the Related Research on the Innovative Enterprise Culture and Performance

Abstract:The innovative culture in enterprises is a kind of unique value outlook serving as the support to their innova-tive elements ,and the innovative performance is the coral element used to evaluate those innovative enterprises .Scholars at home and abroad made the elaborative research on the connotation of innovative enterprise culture ,the elements of the inno-vative culture ,and the cultural incentive mechanism ,and also made the empirical analysis of the relationship between the in-novative enterprise culture and enterprise performance .
