提高辅导员工作效率的路径研究

高校辅导员管理学生数的剧增,导致日常工作量如进行大学生国家奖、助学金,医保信息等的录入及核对、整理相关资料的时间剧增,而对学生进行思想政治教育的时间减少.因此需要改进大学生信息系统,调整信息录入方式,减少整理材料的工作时间,增加辅导员与学生沟通交流的时间,以加强教育管理工作.

Research on the Approaches to the Enhance of Working Efficiency for Instructors

The increase of students in the management for ideological and political instructors leads to that of the daily workload where they spend mueh time typing and checking the data about the national fellowship, student grant, medical insurance records as well as collecting the related information but the decrease of the time they spend giving students the i- deological and political education. Hence it is necessary to make the improvement on the student information system, make up the adjustment to the way of typing the information, reduce the time of material collection and add up more time to the between students and instructors for the enhance of the education and management.
