| 摘 要： | 利用安徽省1978～2011年数据，运用VA R模型对金融发展与产业结构升级关系进行了实证分析。研究表明，安徽省金融发展与产业结构升级之间存在长期均衡关系，但两者之间并未实现良好的互动发展。金融发展总量的提升对产业结构优化升级有明显推动作用，金融发展效率的提高对产业结构升级没有表现出积极促进作用。

| Abstract: | It is indicated in the empirical study ,based on the data from 1978 to 2011 in Anhui Province ,of the relation-ship between the finance development and industrial structure upgrading by use of VAR Model that there exists the long term equilibrium relationship between them except the good interactive development .And it is concluded that the upgrading of the total finance development is obviously the promotion to the improvement on the industrial structure upgrading but the enhancement of finance development effectiveness is less covered in that of the industrial structure upgrading . |
