摘    要:由于对劳务用工制度缺乏正确的认识,一些企业基层单位在劳务工管理方面存在很多问题.因此,必须深化认识,严把入口关,完善工资制度,建立健全激励约束机制,以稳定劳务工队伍,提高劳务工整体素质,增强劳务工对企业的归属感,提高工作积极性.

Abstract:Due to lack of correct understanding of the system of contract employees, there exist some problems in the administration of contract employees in enterprisea. Therefore, we should understand further, perfect wage system and es- tablish incentive and restrictive mechanism to stabilize the team of employee, promote their overall quality, increase their perception of affiliation and improve their work initiative.
