| 摘 要： | 本文结合城市管理理论和我国城市管理的实践,说明了公共服务职能对城市运行管理的促进作用。在此基础上,分析了未来我国城市管理和公共服务中面临的压力与挑战,并结合我国典型城市完善公共服务推进城市管理的模式分析,提出了十二五时期建立以公共服务为导向的城市管理新模式的思路和建议。
