我国董事责任保险的现状分析

董事责任保险在中国推出已一年有余 ,但却倍受冷遇 ,其根本原因在于缺乏完善的市场环境 ,但就现阶段而言 ,董事责任保险在中国的发展仍有积极的现实意义。随着《国务院关于推进资本市场改革开放和稳定发展的若干意见》的出台 ,法制环境将进一步完善 ,董事责任保险也将迎来一个新的发展阶段
