铁路车辆修理布局集中化的研究

摘    要:铁路车辆修理的合理布局,对降低修理成本、提高车辆周转效率等具有重要意义。针对全路车辆修理量逐渐减少,各修理单位生产能力过剩的现状,通过对车辆修理成本特性和构成的分析,用厂商理论论证了车辆修理集中化的合理性,并给出了车辆修理布局集中化的界限。

Abstract:The reasonable layout of railway vehicle maintenance is of greatimportance for lowering repair cost and increasing vehicle turn-round efficiency,etc. Regarding the current situation that the maintenance workload in railwaysystem is decreasing and that each maintenance unit has surplus capacity,combining with an analysis to the characters and structure of vehicle maintenancecost, the paper illustrates the rationality of vehicle centralized maintenance byTheory of the Firm. The paper also defines the limits of centralization layout forvehicle maintenance.
