| 摘 要： | 分析了区域产业创新涌现形成与发展的机理,以我国31个省市区产业创新数据为样本,用系统模型和计量分析方法证实了区域产业创新的产出水平与创新维治理机制的三维度变量显著正相关,说明创新维治理机制是对区域产业创新涌现水平具有重要作用的影响因素.分析结果表明,创新维治理机制中企业产权越明晰,区域产业创新的产出水平越高;创新维治理机制中创新投入维的激励越大,区域产业创新的产出水平越高;创新维治理机制给予创新实施者的激励越大,区域产业创新的产出水平越高;对于技术、市场结构特征不同的产业,适应其发展的创新维治理机制形式也不同;目前,为了提高区域产业创新和经济发展水平,在转型期中尤其应该避免"企业产权模糊"、"政策供给单一化"和"治理机制缺失"的不利影响.
