| 摘 要： | 新疆固定资产投资自1990年代以来一直处于增长状态,对社会经济的发展起到了很大的促进作用。但是,由于受制度、资金和结构等因素的制约,与全国其他发达地区相比,新疆在投资数量和投资效益上仍然存在较大差距。因此,要实现“十一五”时期新疆经济的快速发展,必须采取创新固定资产投资体制、拓宽融资渠道、调整投资结构等措施,提高固定资产投资效应。

| Abstract: | The fixed assets investment in Xinjiang has been increasing since 1990s,which plays a very important role in the development of economy and society.However,there exist more differences in the quantity and benefit from other developed cities because of the restrictions of system,fund and investment structure.The effect of the fixed assets investment should be improved to increase the economic development of Xinjiang by renewing the systems,broadening the ways and adjusting the structures of investment. |
