基于外部经济性的绿色建筑激励政策分析

外部经济性的存在是绿色建筑向市场推广的一个重要影响因素,如何制定相关激励政策实现外部性内部化,对绿色建筑的推广具有十分重要的意义。基于经济学原理中关于外部性的分析,分析绿色建筑的外部经济性问题,并指出当前中国绿色建筑发展主要制约性因素,针对绿色建筑的外部经济性问题提出相关的激励政策。

Incentive Policy Analysis of Green Building Based on External Economy

External economy is one of the most important influencing factors for the promotion of green building,so how to formulate the relevant incentive policies to achieve internalize the externalities, has very important significance for the promotion of green building.This paper analyzes the external economy of green building based on the analysis of the principle of externality in economics, points out that the current main conditionalily factors of the development of green building in China, and puts forward the relevant incentive policy according to the green building external economic problem.
