| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展、人民生活水平的提高,人们对环境质量的要求也越来越高,如何利用环境标准协调环境保护与经济发展之间的关系,是环境工作者特别是环保管理者的职责。该文就环境标准的意义,探讨作为环境管理的工具———环境标准的特殊地位,及如何利用、实施环境标准进行有效的环境保护和促进国民经济的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | With the development of the economy and the rise of people's living standard,their request of the environment quality is higher than before.The liability of the environmental workers,especially the environmental protection governors is how to harmonize the relation between environmental protection and economic development by the environmental standard.Based on the meaning of the environment standard,this paper utilizes it to analyze how to carry out the valid environmental protection and to promote the sustainable development of national economy. |
