摘    要:创新能力培养是高等教育面临的一个迫切需要解决的难题,物流类本科专业作为一门新兴交叉学科对大学生创新能力培养有着更加特殊的要求。在分析物流类本科专业发展以及大学生创新能力培养现状的基础上,采用问卷调查的方式取得一手资料,然后运用数理统计的相关知识,统计分析出10个影响物流类本科专业大学生创新能力培养的主要因素,进一步运用主成分分析法回归和归纳出三个影响创新能力培养的主成分因素,进而有针对性地提出高等学校物流类本科专业大学生创新能力培养的具体措施与途径。

Abstract:Cultivating innovative ability is a problem with crying need to resolve in higher education, logistics is a newly developed cross-disciplinary major; there are more specific requirements about innovative ability among the students. Based on the analysis of logistics undergraduate professional development and the status of students' innovative ability at present, we obtain the first-hand information by our questionnaire surveys, and apply some mathematical statistics knowledge to analyze the major factors which affecting logistics undergraduate majors' innovative ability. Ten major factors selected, the study abstracts 3 principal component factors affecting innovative ability by using of regression and principal component analysis methods, and then we put forward some measures and ways about cultivating logistics undergraduate majors' innovative ability according to the 3 principal component factors.
