摘    要:词汇学习是英语教学的一项重要内容,词汇习得过程中经常会发生遗忘的现象,为了改善这一现状,需要不断地用以往所学,对词汇进行复述。有研究表明信息从短时记忆转入长时记忆是通过复述实现的。目前,有关复述释义的研究和论述大多生涩难懂,不仅让学生感到难以掌握,也不利于英语教师操作。基于此现状,提出了英语词汇复述简化方案,并对其进行了实证研究。

Abstract:Vocabulary study is one of the most important contents for English teaching. As we know, our students often forget what they have learned in the process of the acquisition of vocabulary. In order to revive their memory, it is necessary for our students to repeatedly paraphrase the vocabulary in the words they have already mastered. By paraphrasing the words in a context, the learners can memorize accumulated examples and directly extract language chunks from their memories so that they can acquire a foreign language. Nowadays, the studies and articles about paraphrasing seem rather jerky and difficult to understand. As a result, it is of great practical and theoretical value for us to work out a simplified scheme for paraphrasing English words in a discourse.
