对我国研究型大学本科教育的思考

从优质生源、人才培养以及学校声望等角度探讨了研究型大学重视本科教育的必要性,指出了研究型大学本科教育中存在定位不准、教师不愿意从事本科教学、教学资源严重不足以及精品教材奇缺等问题,提出了成立本科教育改革委员会、建立具有研究型大学特色的本科生导师制、提倡和鼓励教师开展研究性教学和规范教材建设等建议。

Reflections upon Undergraduate Course Education in Research Universities of Our Country

The necessity of emphasizing the undergraduate course education in the research university has been dealt with in terms of quality students,talent training and university reputation.It points out the problems in undergraduate course education of the research university,such as the positioning inaccuracy,teachers’ unwillingness to teach undergraduates,serious deficiency of teaching resources,and scarcity of competitive teaching materials.Therefore,the paper proposes to establish the undergraduate education reform commission,set up the tutorial system with research university’s characteristics,promote and encourage teachers to do research in teaching,and regulate the construction of teaching material.
