| 摘 要： | 针对国家应对经济危机和建设创新型国家的重大战略,结合各地启动智慧城市建设乱象,本文分析了中国制造业现状及成因,研究了美国企业及国家政策,提出了在建设智慧城市的过程中,大力发展"智慧产业",推进中国制造业转型升级的前瞻性思路。

| Abstract: | Aiming to the important strategies by which our country responds to the economic crisis and innovation construction and combining with the mess of local wisdom city construction, this paper analyzes the present situation and the causes of Chinese manufacturing industry, researches on the enterprise and national policy. And it also puts forward the prospective ideas of developing ＂wisdom industry＇vigorously and promoting the transformation and upgrading of Chinese manufacturing industry in the construction of wisdom city. |
