| Abstract: | The policy of the Communist Party of China instructs the legislation of civil law,and civil law restrains the Party＇s policy.The two complete,interact and grow with each other.The Party＇s farmland expropriation policy is implemented by the civil law,which agrees with the principles of public interest and fair compensation. |
