| 摘 要： | 影响民营企业管理体制从家长式、家族式向公司化演变的主要因素是内部变迁需求和外部变迁环境。内部变迁需求决定企业体制需不需要变迁 ,是变迁内因 ,是随民营企业发展而产生的自发压力 ;外部变迁环境则决定其能不能变迁 ,是变迁环境 ,是企业主无法改变的 ,需要国家有所作为。

| Abstract: | The main factors,causing the management system of private enterprise changing from paternalistic system,kindred system to modern system,are the internal demands and external circumstance.Internal demands determine whether the management system need to change.It is the inherence power which is generated spontaneity alone with the development of the enterprise.At the same time,it is the external circumstance that determine whether the updating can carry out successfully.And it is above the enterprise's ability to improve the circumstance.The government should do some work,in order to facilitate the private enterprise updating management system.He should offer better rules of mark than present ones. |
