| Abstract: | The text setting out from the view of company government theory,governs the existent problem and reason,through analyzing the present condition about stateowned enterprise's company government,then puts forward the counterplan about inner and exterior government mechanism of perfecting stateowned enterprise,meanwhile carrying out stateowned enterprise to transform company government mode to economic type,raise the market competition ability of stateowned enterprise. |
