Research on Young Talents Empowering High-quality Economic Development of Jilin Province

Talents are the primary resource for regional economic development. To realize innovation-driven development in Jilin Province is inseparable from the strong support of talents,especially young talents. Jilin Province has been attaching great importance to the strategy of strengthening the province with talents,and implemented a series of policies to attract all kinds of talents for employment and entrepreneurship. The remarkable achievements have been made in attracting talents and cultivating talents. However,Jilin Province’s small economy,narrow employment space and weak policy implementation have led to a lack of willingness for young talents to stay for employment and entrepreneurship. Entering a new stage of development,Jilin Province should adhere to the system concept,strengthen the top-level design of young talents staying in Jilin Province for employment and entrepreneurship by creating good employment opportunities,innovating efficient systems and mechanisms,improving the effectiveness of policies,and therefore creating a new pattern of high-quality economic development empowered by young talents in Jilin Province.
