关于河北省新型农村社会养老保险制度体系建设的思考

经过20多年的发展,河北省农村养老保障事业得到长足发展,但总体保障水平仍偏低。其在制度体系建设中仍存在参保率低、覆盖面较窄、制度稳定性不够、基金增值不大等问题,应进一步完善相应政策和法规体系,拓宽筹资渠道,完善信息系统,进一步发挥其保障作用。
