摘    要:矿区产业生态系统(MIES)作为可持续发展的重要实践工具,在国内外得到快速推进并取得显著成效。但由于产业生态系统(IES)独特的生态化产业链接属性和成长环境,造成大量不稳定问题逐步浮现,并且已经成为影响矿区产业生态系统取得成功的重要障碍。本文提出了矿区技术创新生态经济系统(MTIES)概念,分析了MTIES结构、功能和效益上的失调。在此基础上,提出了推行生态重组,优化"关键种"企业的年龄结构,推行矿区生态技术体系,加强生态管理等实现矿区产业生态系统稳定的途径。

Abstract:As an important implement for sustainable development,MIES(mine industrial ecosystem)has been promoted rapidly and has made great progress inside and outside of our country.However,because of its special characteristics in ecological linkages and developing environment,a large number of instable phenomena and problems of IES have emerged and become severe barriers to the success of MIES.This paper put forward the concept of mine technological innovation eco-economic system(MTIES),discussed the unbalance of MTIES from some aspects such as its structure,function and efficiency.In reality,the mine industry with industrial clusters feature is a typical mine technological innovation eco-economic system(MTIES).On this basis,reorganization of ecological,optimization of "keystone species" age structure,the implementation of eco-technological system was put forward to achieve a stable MIES.
