| 摘 要： | 北京市提出建设成为农产品加工强市的目标。大型农产品加工业的发展,必然要以大型农产品生产基地建设为前提。而北京市由于城市化进程的突飞猛进,以及农产品生产功能的不断弱化,给建设大规模农产品生产基地带来了困难。因此,为加快农产品加工业发展,北京市就需要着眼于发展外埠农产品生产基地,以解决大型农产品加工业的原料来源问题,并化解大城市土地、劳动力等要素不足及使用成本过高的不利因素。

| Abstract: | Construction of big agricultural producing area depends on the big development of agricultural processing industry.Because of the acceleration of urbanization process and function attention of the agricultural producing in Beijing,it has many difficulties in agricultural producing area construction Aimed at being a big agricultural processing base,it is necessary for Beijing to develop agricultural producing base outside of Beijing in order to assure the source of raw material of agricultural products,solve the lack of land and labor,and decrease the high cost of inputs. |
