摘    要:综述了热解技术在废旧印刷线路板处理及资源化中应用的研究状况。对废旧印刷线路板的成分、热解工艺、热解产品特性和热解设备等方面的研究状况进行了全面的论述。根据热解工艺参数的不同,重点论述了常压惰性气体热解、真空热解、熔融盐热解、催化热解的研究进展。最后,探讨了线路板热解技术亟待解决的问题和未来的研究方向。

Abstract:The survey reviews the application of pyrolysis in recycle and disposal of printed circuit boards scarp. The research status, including PCB scrap components, pyrolysis process, pyrolysis products characteristics and pyrolysis devices, was introduced in general. According to the different pyrolysis process parameters, the research progress of atmospheric inert pyrolysis, vacuum pyrolysis, molten salt pyrolysis and catalytic pyrolysis were highly discussed. The last, the existing problems and future research directions of pyrolysis technic are also probed.
