The paper had a detail analysis on the international and domestic situations faced by the Chinese coal industry and the new issues and challenges occurred from the development, from the strategic view point from macro to micro and from external to internal, the paper concluded and summarized the ten major issues and risks occurred in the coal industrial development during the "12th Five-Year Plan" and the near future period and the resolutions of the ten major issues and risks.
