摘    要:泔脚沼液浓度影响植物种子的萌动过程,发芽及幼苗生长,不同的植物品种影响沼液的作用效应,泔脚沼液对黄瓜的初期生长相比水稻、小麦更具应用优势。在发芽率上,泔脚沼液对水稻、小麦均存在抑制效应,而在25%浓度以下浓度均对黄瓜产生较大的促进作用,对黄瓜种子的活力最大增强效应达到清水时照的3~4倍;对水稻幼苗的影响表明,10%以下的泔脚沼液对幼苗的生长影响较小。20%左右浓度对幼苗生长出现抑制,50%的浓度对幼苗生长产生剧烈毒害。

Study on Agriculture Application of Biogas Fluid of Food Waste Anaerobic Fermentation

Abstract:The concentration of biogas fluid was a key factor that affected the process of seeds germination and sprout growth. The seeds germination and viability were boosted at relatively low concentration of the fluid but inhibited at high concentration. Among the tested seeds, cucumber was the favorable plant for the biogas fluid applying in agriculture. Three to four times of germination rate for the seeds of cucumber could be accelerated below the concentration of 25% of the biogas fluid. In contrast, all tested concentration of the biogas fluid inhibited that of flee-4512, rice-1750 and wheat. Essentially, organic matters in the biogas fluid would play an important role for the action of inhibition. Below 10% of biogas fluid had no negative affection to the young plants, above 20% of which would inhibit it very much.
