| 摘 要： | 高科技企业技术创新成功后,常常会形成技术创新核心刚性,阻碍企业形成新的创新模式。提出了技术创新核心刚性的概念、分析了技术创新核心刚性的成因,针对成因提出了克服技术创新核心刚性的对策,为高科技企业突破已有的创新模式、持续创新提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | After high-tech enterprises succeed in techno-innovation, techno-innovation core-rigidities always follow, which block new innovation mode forming. In this article author brings forward concept of techno-innovation core-rigidities,analyses cause of formation, and puts forward countermeasure restraining techno-innovation core-rigidities, that is used for reference for high-tech enterprises breaching formed innovation mode and continual innovating. |
