外商直接投资对东道国溢出效应研究综述

外商直接投资对东道国经济增长和劳动生产率溢出效应的文献按其结论分为具有正向溢出效应或不存在溢出效应和负溢出效应,通过从国别、地区、产业和企业异质性维度对FDI溢出效应机制进行具体分析,发现外溢效应的发挥受当地经济发展水平的制约,单纯提高一个地区产业和企业的经济开放度对提高FDI的外溢效应是没有意义的外溢效应的发挥,必须建立在经济发展水平的提高、基础设施的完善、自身技术水平的提高和市场规模扩大的基础上等。

On the Study of Spillover Effect of FDI on Host Country

The research literature on the spillover effect of FDI on host country's economic growth and productivity concludes that FDI has positive spillover effect,negative effective or no effect at all.After analyzing the spillover effect of FDI in terms of country,region,industry and corporate heterogeneity,it is found that the spillover effect is restricted by the local economic level.To merely increase the economic openness of a certain industry or enterprise in a region will not improve the spillover effect of FDI.So it is necessary to improve the economic level,the infrastructure facilities,the technological capabilities and the urban size.
