樊纲的经济思想——对发展经济学的新思考

樊纲认为,中国作为一个发展中的大国,应在当前世界经济竞争激烈、经济的全球化、全球的市场化、新技术革命的特殊环境下,按照比较优势战略,发展中国自己的现实竞争力。中国应利用本国劳动力成本低和国内市场巨大的优势,既要发展高科技产业,又要尽可能发挥制造业大量吸纳劳动力的作用,实现科技大国与世界工厂的融合。而中国整体的发展,还应通过体制改革、资本流动、人口流动等来缩小地区间差距。

Fan Gang's Economic Thoughts: New Ideas on Development Economics

According to Fan Gang,China,a large developing country,shall rely on its comparative advantage to develop the real competitive edge in the global environment where there is fierce competition,economic globalization,global marketization,new technological revolution.It needs to take advantage of the low labor cost and large domestic market to develop both high technology industry and manufacturing industry which can employ large number of workers,becoming a powerful country in high technology and manufacturing country.Meanwhile,China has to narrow the regional difference through system reform,capital and human circulation.
