| 摘 要： | 按照价值工程的原理和铁路物资采购制度,在确定物资采购方案时,运用层次分析法对物资供应厂家进行价值系数的评定,根据价值系数的高低确定采购方案。通过应用实例说明,价值工程在铁路物资采购中的应用,为采购人员决策提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | According to the theory of Value Engineering and the regulations ofrailway material purchase, the AHP method is employed to assess the valuecoefficient of suppliers when carrying out material purchase and then thepurchase plan is determined by the rank of value coefficient. With practicalimplementation, the paper demonstrates the application of Value Engineering inrailway material purchase that provides decision-making basis for buyers. |
