The Diversity Development in Hotel Business and the Course Deign of Speciality Differentials in Hotel Management Majors

The varied need in tourism actives make the development of hotels diversified . And these hotel business of different types and levels have different cultural background, market orientations ,development goals and different administrative modes and business characters. The demands for the employees,sturcture of knowledge and structure of capacity present clear differ- ence. Therefore,this sets a new and higher demand on personnel training of hotel administration speciality in colleges and uni- versities. This artcle aims at putting forward a proposition about the course design based on the difference of education in hotel administration speciality by analyzing the different characters oppeared in diversified development of hotel business.
