中国信贷资产证券化与独立特设载体

信贷资产证券化是优化信贷资产结构和融资的重要手段。近年来,中国实施信贷资产证券化的时机逐步成熟。资产证券化要获得成功,精巧的设计是必不可少的。特设载体是信贷证券化交易过程的中心环节,本文提出,应当针对金融资产管理公司的不良资产与国有商业银行内部的资产分别设立独立的特设载体。特设载体一方面要得到政府的支持,另一方面要接受人民银行、银监会和证监会协调监管。
